In-Person Registration for ITB International Transfer Program

Congratulation! You are admitted as a Transfer Student of ITB. To confirm your acceptance as a student of ITB Undergraduate International Program, you need to pay academic fees.

You are also required to attend In-Person Registration of new student of ITB which is scheduled on :

Date : Thursday, August 2nd 2018
Time : 10.00 – 12.00 Western Indonesian Time
Venue : Sasana Budaya Ganesa (SABUGA) Building, 2nd Floor, Jl. Tamansari no. 73 Bandung

The registration should be done by the candidate in-person, and not by proxy.

Before the In-Person Registration, you have to completing the Student Data Form at http://pmb.akademik.itb.ac.id, by activating your account on http://usm.itb.ac.id/international-program, starting Tuesday, July 17th 2018. Please relogin with your selection number and your previous password to activate your account.

For In-Person Registration as new student of ITB International Transfer Program, please prepare the following documents :

  1. Print out of Student Data Form (Final Version), which can be downloaded from http://pmb.akademik.itb.ac.id. Please relogin with your selection number and your previous password at http://usm.itb.ac.id/international-program, starting Tuesday, July 17th 2018, to activate your account
  2. English Proficiency Test Certificate, as uploaded previously for the admission process on http://usm.itb.ac.id/international-program (original document will be taken)
  3. Complete Official University Academic Transcript, minimum for 4 semester, from first semester to the most recent semester (please bring the original document to be shown).
  4. Sylaby form all courses that written on University Academic Transcript.
  5. A copy of Valid Passport, as uploaded on http://usm.itb.ac.id/international-program (please bring the original document to be shown).
  6. A copy of High School Diploma or equivalent endorsed and authorized by the government of the applicant’s country of origin (please bring the original document to be shown).
  7. One recent color photograph, 4 x 6 cm
  8. Medical Examination Form, issued by medical doctor, which can be downloaded from http://usm.itb.ac.id. All document(s) related to Medical Examination shall be put in an envelope with student identity (Selection Number, Name, Study Program) printed on it.
  9. Original Certificate of Color Blind Test, issued by Ophthalmologist (form can be downloaded from http://usm.itb.ac.id), for those who have been admitted to :
  • Pharmaceutical Science & Technology
  • Clinical & Community Pharmacy
  • Chemical Engineering
  1. A copy of prove of Full-Coverage Health Insurance (form can be downloaded from http://usm.itb.ac.id), valid in Indonesia for at least 1 year (please bring the original document to be shown)
  2. Academic Fees payment receipt (slip). Information about the Academic Fees can be seen at http://usm.itb.ac.id/international/?page_id=835
  3. A printed Admission Result Notification, which can be downloaded from http://usm.itb.ac.id/international-program
  4. Statement of Financial Commitment, as uploaded previously for the admission process on http://usm.itb.ac.id/international-program (original document will be taken)
  5. Letter of Student Agreement Form, signed by student on seal (meterai) of Rp. 6,000.00 (six thousand rupiah) and student’s parent/guardian, which can be downloaded from http://usm.itb.ac.id
  6. Statement for Placement of Study Program Form, signed by student on seal (meterai) of Rp. 6,000.00 (six thousand rupiah) and student’s parent/guardian, which can be downloaded from this link
  7. tatement of Document Validity Form, signed by student on seal (meterai) of Rp. 6,000.00 (six thousand rupiah), which can be downloaded from http://usm.itb.ac.id

All the above documents should be presented on the In-Person Registration day. Incomplete documents will prevent the student from getting admitted to ITB, and ITB cannot be claimed responsible for that.

Education Fee :

Education Fee for foreign nationals (WNA-Warga Negara Asing)

  • Admission fee : IDR 22,500,000 (Nett, excl. Bank Transfer Fee), paid once when registered as new student
  • Tuition fee :
    • Non Management Study Program : IDR 42,000,000 (Nett, excl. Bank Transfer Fee) per semester
    • Management Study Program : IDR 46,500,000 (Nett, excl. Bank Transfer Fee) per semester

Please notice, the education fees do not cover the following:

  • Cost of international exposure program, which will be separately determined depending on type of academic program and conditional living cost at overseas partner institutions.
  • Cost of living and accommodation
  • Cost of textbooks and other educational expenses
  • Personal costs and necessities.

ITB does not provide any financial support (such as scholarship, tuition exemption or waiver) for students of  Undergraduate International Program.

Please be assured that transfer validation slip clearly states your identity (full name, selection number, and the study program of which you are admitted to). Failing to do so will cause cancellation of your admission to ITB.

 

Some Useful Information

  • For foreign national students, you will need a visa to enter Indonesia – in which you can obtain at the nearest Embassy or Consular Office of Indonesia in your country. For pre-departure preparation, please prepare the following original documents:
    • Letter of Acceptance (LoA) which invites you to stay/study in Indonesia. Letter of Acceptance (LoA) must be downloaded from your account at http://usm.itb.ac.id/international-program.
    • Valid Passport
    • Entry Requirement Documents, as written at http://www.international.itb.ac.id/web/?page_id=300. Please note that the process of applying the entry permit will take some considerably of time before your arrival in Indonesia.
    • For further detail of pre-departure assistance please contact ITB International Relation Office (iro@itb.ac.id).
  • The candidate should meet all the administrative requirements for the ITB In-Person Registration and cannot request for any dispensation, including that concerning the incomplete documents and administrative matters.
  • Dress Code for all of the ITB In-Person Registration and New Student Convocation Event: Neat and Decent (white/bright color shirt, no t-shirt and/or jeans) and Shoe (no sandal)
  • ITB does not issue any other document/notification explaining the admission of the candidate of ITB students besides the Letter of Acceptance (LoA), which can be downloaded from http://usm.itb.ac.id/international-program.
  • Beside the required document(s) stated in this announcement, ITB does not require any other objects. Please do not purchase any equipment offered around the location of ITB In-Person Registration venue.
