In-Person Registration for ITB International Undergraduate Program

Congratulation! You are admitted as a First Year Student of ITB. To confirm your acceptance as a student of ITB International Undergraduate Program, you need to pay academic fees, as written at https://usm.itb.ac.id/international/?page_id=151.

You are required to attend In-Person Registration of new student of ITB which is scheduled on :

Date : Thursday, August 1st, 2019
Time : 08.00 – 10.00 Western Indonesian Time
Venue : Sasana Budaya Ganesa (SABUGA) Building, 1st Floor, Jl. Tamansari no. 64 Bandung

The registration should be done by the candidate in-person, and not by proxy.

Before the In-Person Registration, you have to complete the Student Data Form, by activating your account on https://usm.itb.ac.id/international-program, starting July 13th – July 19th, 2019. Please relogin with your selection number and your previous password to activate your account.

For In-Person Registration as new Graduate Student of ITB, please prepare the following documents :

  • English Proficiency Test Certificate, as uploaded previously for the admission process on  http://usm.itb.ac.id/international-program (original document will be taken)
  • SAT Certificate, as uploaded previously for the admission process on  http://usm.itb.ac.id/international-program (original document will be taken)
  • A copy of High School Diploma or equivalent endorsed and authorized by the government of the applicant’s country of origin (please bring the original document to be shown).
  • Certificate of Highschool Diploma Equivalency (Surat Keterangan Penyetaraan Ijazah) from Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture (Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan RI), for Indonesia Nationals Student from Overseas Highschool.
  • A copy of Complete High School Academic Report/Transcript (or its equivalent), from the first to the most recent semester (please bring the original document to be shown).
  • Recent color photograph, 4 x 6 cm
  • A copy of Birth Certificate (for Indonesian nationals) or Valid Passport (for foreign nationals), as uploaded on  http://usm.itb.ac.id/international-program (please bring the original document to be shown).
  • Medical Examination Form, issued by medical doctor, which can be downloaded from http://usm.itb.ac.id/international.
  • Original Certificate of Color Blind Test, issued by Ophthalmologist, for those who have been admitted to :
    • Pharmaceutical Science & Technology
    • Clinical & Community Pharmacy
    • Chemical Engineering
  • A copy of prove of Full-Coverage Health Insurance, valid in Indonesia for at least 1 year (please bring the original document to be shown).
  • Academic Fees payment receipt (slip). Payment shall be made by by bank transfer to the following account:

All the above documents should be presented on the In-Person Registration day. Incomplete documents will prevent the student from getting admitted to ITB, and ITB cannot be claimed responsible for that.

Some Useful Information

  • For foreign national students, you will need a visa to enter Indonesia – in which you can obtain at the nearest Embassy or Consular Office of Indonesia in your country. For pre-departure preparation, please prepare the following original documents:
    • Letter of Acceptance (LoA) which invites you to stay/study in Indonesia. Letter of Acceptance (LoA) must be downloaded from your account at http://usm.itb.ac.id/international-program.
    • Valid Passport
    • Entry Requirement Documents, as written at http://www.international.itb.ac.id/web/?page_id=300. Please note that the process of applying the entry permit will take some considerably of time before your arrival in Indonesia.
    • For further detail of pre-departure assistance please contact ITB International Relation Office (iro@itb.ac.id).
  • The candidate should meet all the administrative requirements for the ITB In-Person Registration and cannot request for any dispensation, including that concerning the incomplete documents and administrative matters.
  • Dress Code for all of the ITB In-Person Registration and New Student Convocation Event: Neat and Decent (white/bright color shirt, no t-shirt and/or jeans) and Shoe (no sandal)
  • ITB does not issue any other document/notification explaining the admission of the candidate of ITB students besides the Letter of Acceptance (LoA), which can be downloaded from http://usm.itb.ac.id/international-program.
  • Beside the required document(s) stated in this announcement, ITB does not require any other objects. Please do not purchase any equipment offered around the location of ITB In-Person Registration venue.
